• Our website URL ("MeanwhileInAmerica.com") is mentioned or printed along-side it's usage(s).
• None of our branding (watermarks, etc.) are removed or altered.

We'd like to benefit as well.

No other special permission or clearing is necessary from us, however, we would sincerely appreciate if you would let us know when and/or where we can see or hear where our content was shown or heard, as we would love to be able to mention them here as well!

If a show date is known ahead of it's airing, letting us know ahead of time would be great! We'll mention the upcoming show across our network too!

Removal Request?
If you're requesting a photo/video removal, be sure to include the link to that photo/video. We won't take the time to respond if you don't take the time to link the image or video.

Regarding image consent: Generally speaking, consent isn't a requirement as long as it isn't a legitimately copyrighted or trademarked creation by a person or company, such as an artwork, logo, or the like, and proof of ownership in those regards is shown beyond a shadow of a doubt. For example, simply showing that a photo is in your Twitter / Facebook / Flickr / Photobucket / et al. photo gallery or blog, of your friend or pet doing something goofy (or whatever), doesn't necessarily prove ownership, as anyone on the internet could find such image and place it in said photo gallery or blog. Imagine if consent was a requirement from the person(s) in, or photo taker of, all of those meme's you see daily across the internet?

With that said, we'll usually be happy to remove the image or video anyway if it's an image of someone's own child, and it is the sort of image that has the potential to "hurt" the child (mentally or physically), as we're not interested in that sort of thing, assuming the image even made it to post in the first place. We may also remove the image at request if the image received very few hits (unpopular images basically only take up resources).
